BABA Degree
Swami asked a Devotee who was sitting for Divine Darshan “What Sadhana are you doing
daily”? He replied, Swami I start with Omkaram (21 times),followed by Suprabhatham, Services like
Medical camps then Seva activities of various kinds, Gayathri Manthram 108 times,
Sandhya Vandanam and finally Hanuman Chalisa”. He was fully occupied with spiritual
sadhanas daily, almost 18 hours a day).
Swami said, “you are still in Kinder Garten only as far as spirituality is concerned”.
He was very disappointed, after all the packed Sadhana, he is still in KG was something
heartbreaking to him.
He begged Swami to help him, and Swami said “I will give you a double BA degree BA,
BA, BABA, which is the highest degree one can attain in spirituality. When you go out, treat
the first person you meet as Swami. Even the dog is also a manifestation of God, at the same
time the birds as well. A flower blossoms with God’s power and wish. To see God in
everything and treating them as one among you is the first important step. Move slightly higher to think and treat them as God Himself is
the highest in Spirituality. One has to practice Unity in diversity and by treating all as God you
receive and attain the degree BABA.
